When is Check Out/In?
We kindly ask guests to check out at 11am, we are able to check guests in when the bar opens at 3pm - No earlier arrivals are possible, however we can secure baggage in the bar area on the weekends if you plan to arrive earlier

Do you allow pets?
I'm afraid we do not allow pets in the hotel

Is the Hotel Smoking?
​For the comfort of our guests the hotel is no smoking throughout

Do you have parking onsite?
Parking is at a premium in Shrewsbury so please be aware we do not have our own parking; however there are several car parks nearby that offer overnight stay - we encourage guests to explore Parkopedia for details

Breakfast?
Breakfast is provided for all guests in the ALB - a continental breakfast can be enjoyed between 9am and 11am. If you are unable to make this time a takeaway version can be arranged.
