COVID-19 is undoubtedly one of the most devastating and moving things that has affected this and possibly the next generation, but I do not believe that it is a time for fear at loosing rather a chance to take a step back and look at what we do and how we can improve on that.
I set out the 10 principals for my venues to make honest change and encourage a safe environment. We already feature a 5 star safety but I wanted to see what else we could do to improve.
Bellow I will be more specific about these 'commandments' and what they mean to you as a guest. I also plan to answer some common questions people are asking me at this stage.

Disposable Menus We are offering menus that we throw away after your use - to keep our commitment to the environment we ask you only use one menu per group

Card Payment Prefered We endeavour to make this change, however if you wish to pay cash there is a process we follow
Comprehensive Cleaning of Areas Hourly cleaning and monitoring of spaces to ensure a safe environment
Adjusted Seating Areas Reduced seating plans and fixed booths mean a safer environment
Working in Safe ‘Bubbles’ Staff working in groups that do not mix or spread to other departments - This means we are able to isolate sections of our team without closing our venue due to one outbreak.
Do I need to book to visit a venue? Not at this stage, you can certainly do so to make your visit easier but right now that is not required - You can turn up and we will endeavour to seat you in a safe area
What is the maximum table booking? We are taking bookings of up to 6 persons as long as they meet with government guidelines
Do I need to bring a mask? Currently under the government guidance you will be required to do so
Are you still operating delivery service? A slightly different offering is now available
I have a gift card that is due to expire can you extend it? We are offering a 1 year extension on all gift cards purchased before the impact of the virus
